What’s New?

March brings us hope of sunshine and warmer weather. Which begins our focus on nutrition and fitness to prepare for our summer clothes. Here are some quick tips that can jump start your journey.

  1. Drink plenty of water. As we become more active we need to remember to replenish. Seems like a simple concept but can be challenging.
  2. Take the stairs, take a walk during lunch, squeeze in these extra steps when you can. If your job requires you to sit at a desk all day, get up every 60 minutes, stretch, do some jumping jacks to keep your mind and body active.
  3. Write down your goals. Whether you want to slim down or add muscle it’s important we know why and exactly how we want to look like. By writing down your goals everyday or saying them out loud it increases your chances of achieving them by 42%. Our emotions drive our activity, so stay focused, remember why you started, and don’t give up!


Gallatin County Fitness is now a Silver Sneakers Location!with their insurance company can now use the GCF facility. To get started simply join online or stop by during staffed hours.
